There is one (1) downwards stairs to PF 4/5 of BWN Jn. That too is only 5 people wide even when most congested. Do you want a stampede during rush time? Can't you build a wider overbridge with more stairs? It is a NSG-2 station, not some rural area. @RailMinIndia

@RailMinIndia The other side has a single upward escalator. We can't use that to go down. It is a nightmare for small kids and old people. I'm a young person, and my fingers almost got crushed because I was holding the metal railings and someone pushed me from back and couldn't move hands off.
