As usual, Gali is spot on. Both companies have very similar magnitudes of upward trajectory in their own right and getting caught up in the weeds of relative proportion right now is just a bit overdoing it.

At the end of the day evaluation aside emerged company as much better than two separate companies as the synergies will flow much easier. Let the financials work themselves out later on.

Over a long enough period the growth in the Tesla side of the business and the SpaceX side of the business will be of the same order of magnitude anyway
