Again there's no power on Road No 1, Golden Heights Colony, Upperpally! It comes for a split second and disappears and this has happened multiple times! My fridge compressor and lift was also damaged twice because of this! Yet noone will fix it! @tgspdcl @se_op_rjnr

There have been 5-6 power cuts since morning, with no prior intimation. We don't have power right now either (Road No 1, Golden Heights Colony, Upperpally). Multiple cuts is still a daily occurrence despite paying all bills on time. NOONE IS FIXING THIS. @tgspdcl @se_op_rjnr

Multiple power cuts since morning and even now we don't have power! We cannot get even TWO CONTINUOUS days of uninterrupted power supply! My lift and AC compressor has been damaged and I had to pay 50k! When will these issues be fixed!? @tgspdcl @se_op_rjnr

@tgspdcl @se_op_rjnr The AE Mr Durgaprasad called me and assured me that he will be taking the necessary measures to ensure the power cut issues and voltage fluctuations are fixed. For now, the power has been restored but I'm hoping a permanent solution is enacted soon.

@Petpooja_POS @parthiv645 [2] After not calling back, he called me the next day and I tell him to again call me back at 2. Please see the screenshot. On call I tell him that we can start the demo at 2:45pm. He never calls back again despite saying he needs more after I ping him. I call it off at 5pm.

Even before becoming a customer, your response to enquiries is absolutely horrible @Petpooja_POS @parthiv645. Your rep called me on 23rd and scheduled a demo call for 2:00pm on 25/05. Aman called me on 25th at 11am. I told him it wasn't yet 2pm. He never called back. [1]
