Took my daughter’s iPad to @BestBuy on 8/3 for repair as @Apple suggested. Was told it’d take a week. 8 days later, there’s no updates & the store can’t find our device. This is why I’ve never used @GeekSquad… I hope none of you do either. #BuyerBeware
