@JioCare After a whole month still not got a proper resolution for my issue. Even though they asked me to take an extension after the issue got resolved and now no one is ready to provide any compensation for the service disruption. Literally third class Internet service... ๐๐๐

This is the worst experience I had with jiofiber this year. Not able to use internet and not able to see anything on tv. Is this the way to provide service to your customer? Last 15 to 20 days I am facing this issue and no one here to solve it. See this.

@JioCare Hi Sneha, thanks for your response but I am not happy with this service. Everyday I have to connect with customer care executive for multiple issue. Kindly proceed with refund and close this matter. I dont want to use it anymore and I already asked team to do the same yesterday.
@JioCare Thank you for your reply Dipesh but I assure you no one is going to look into this issue. Everyone is giving false hopes only. I am sure that technician who are visiting also don't have knowledge on this issue so I will wait and post again to remind you.
