Cases like this also show a recurring issue in crypto:
Serious accusations often circulate widely in headlines long before courts examine the actual evidence.
In this instance, the court has now done exactly that — and rejected the allegations.

Big legal update for Binance.
A U.S. federal court has dismissed every single claim in a major lawsuit filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
This case accused Binance of providing support connected to dozens of terrorist attacks.
The court rejected all of it. 🧵

The plaintiffs technically have 60 days to attempt an amended complaint due to a separate appellate ruling.
But as it stands today, the court has fully dismissed the case against Binance.
Bitcoin is entering a phase where emotions and narratives matter less than the data.
Momentum has clearly cooled, long-term averages are weakening, and macro conditions aren’t exactly risk-on. Whether the next phase is a long bleed, a fast capitulation, or one last push to a delayed top — none of it is “guaranteed.”
But one thing is consistent across every cycle:
Bitcoin rewards discipline, not prediction.
Every panic, every correction, every “Bitcoin is dead” headline… they repeat every four years.
And every cycle filters out noise, weak hands, and unrealistic expectations — before sending BTC to new heights.
The goal isn’t to guess the bottom.
It’s to survive the volatility long enough to benefit from it.
My thoughts on market:
1. BTC went below 98k while Totalmcap continue to fill the weekly demand, as expected.
2. People freaking out about weekly ema50 being broken (classic deviation).
3. Expecting TOTAL mcap to get swept on the weekly that could potentially get btc to drop to 85k-88k. that's when all will freak out.
4. Buy fear.
5. All this leads into QT ending in Dec...
6. Santa Rally
7. However, there's a weekly supply from 107k-115k. Flip that, we make new highs.
8. Weekly closes are important.
9. I've said this before already but OTHERS.D is leading and have swept most lows on the weekly.
10. Good buy here and maybe 1 last liquidity grab before santa rally 🙂
Bitcoin closed below the 50W SMA yesterday.
A second weekly close under it would strengthen the case that the top might be in.
Bulls have a chance to flip the odds back to 50/50 if #BTC climbs above the 50W SMA by next week.
Even if the top is set, a final run to the 200D SMA could come in the following weeks, possibly setting the macro lower high.
Mid-to-late 2026, BTC may revisit the 200W SMA around $60k-$70k.
