🚨WHITE POWER FLYER: After a brawl near York College, racist cowards taped up flyers calling for “White Power,” telling white men to mobilize against Black people, and warning non-white residents of York they will “pay a heavy price.”

In York, Pennsylvania. Fight was Sept. 12 on West Jackson Street, off campus. Police say it started as a clash between local teens and college students. They charged three juvenile girls.

Officials say they have no evidence the fight itself was a race crime.

The flyer came after. On poles. On social media. A URL on it points to Northeast Action, a white-nationalist Telegram group. City police say a white supremacist group posted them. Residents tore them down. Cops are trying to ID who put them up. Hate speech by itself is not a charge.

Mayor Sandie Walker said the city will not be divided by people trying to provoke fear. York County NAACP president Sherry Roland-Washington said the flyer targeted Black and brown York, filed with the PA Human Relations Commission, and noted the city’s 1969 race-riot history.

A street fight got three juveniles charged. The follow-up was a “White Power” threat on a pole.

His name is Chief Master Sgt. Anthony Green.

A military judge found him guilty Sept. 14–17, 2026. Acquitted of obstructing justice.

Sentence:

• Reduced to E-1

• Dishonorable discharge

• 10 years confinement for producing child pornography

• 2 years each for indecent recording, possessing, and viewing all concurrent, so the time is 10 years, not stacked

His real name is Braden Peters. He is 20.

The accusation is not “she was 16 so that alone is the rape charge.” Age of consent in Massachusetts is 16. The filing is about alcohol, alleged incapacity, and rape, plus furnishing alcohol to a minor.

There is already a separate April 2026 Miami civil lawsuit from a woman who said she was 16 when Peters allegedly had sex with her while she could not consent and later injected her on a livestream. That is a lawsuit. This is a criminal case.
