@ClubJapanImport @SinckTim @theJeremyVine Absolutely! And that is what the new HC rules on hierarchy are all about. It is an offence to break a rule set out in the HC. The lorry driver therefore committed an offence as he was obliged to ensure the safety of the horse and rider.

@Ninnytofour @TitPostLeft @carolesmail56 I was very ill with tonsillitis as a child. I can still remember grabbing the radiator on the wall next to my bed each time I needed to swallow! I needed something to hang on to to help me with the pain! I was bed bound for days!
