Asmongold predicts the Gears of War gaming studio will close down or face massive layoffs if they don't up their number of players

Points to BurntPeanut and the crew laughing at the captain character and other reactions on social media

"Nobody ever wants to see a character like this in a military video game ever again, this is not for your target audience..to the extent that you make these characters, you are going to get reactions like this (Peanut and crew laughing)..knock it off”

“No one respects this..no one thinks it's cool, no one thinks she's bada*s. Everybody thinks that it's just some stupid feminist power fantasy..and the reason why BurntPeanut and Nickmercs are some of the most popular gaming streamers of all time is bc they represent most of the gamers"

"I don't see these people making another game..if this game doesn't go up over the weekend, I think that you can almost assuredly expect a studio closure, if not massive layoffs. I really do think this is pretty much over"
