My new favorite game I play is asking for my husband’s opinion on how much I should charge for a service so I can get a gauge of what someone who doesn’t work in my field FEELS a service should cost. . . Then proceeding to absolutely roast him for undervaluing my services. 🤡🤡🤡

@TLCplMax My experience is when I put pressure on myself to always create, it sucks the joy out of it. Allowing myself the grace & understanding that I need to sometimes do nothing for a while has been good for my 🧠 health.

Every artist needs to take a pause to “clean their brushes”.

@realTomChapman I’m 33 and got shingles this year. It sucks and lasted weeks and weeks. I wish I could get the vaccine, but as far as I know they won’t give it out to people my age. I would recommend getting it, but that’s just me.
