The facility is focused on intense combat, but the city is about freedom.

Moving across rooftops, exploring hidden paths, and running into surprise fights along the way.

A game doesn’t fail just because it doesn’t retain BG3 level engagement forever. It sold well, has great reviews, and despite being a finite experience, is still being played

Wrong.

Calling them both SP games doesn’t make them comparable any more than calling Tetris and Red Dead the same because they’re both video games.

BG3 is built around branching choices, different builds, co-op, and repeated playthroughs. CD is a finite experience.

These layoffs are objectively good for the gaming community. Sucks for the people getting laid off but they should have made better games.
