2: Census Inclusion= House seats/Electoral College.

@EndTribalism I agree w/ everything you said with the exception of federal agents leaving Minneapolis. One failure can and should be handled, but that doesn't mean all operations should cease. Both sides need to address the immigration situation honestly but neither seem to be wiling to do so.
