They didn't sink the Russian fleet at all, they left the area.
They sunk 1 ship and damaged 1 ship and damaged and sunk some smaller vessels, although, I would even question that.

Russia controls 24% of Ukraine and its increasing daily

The Ukrainians have lost most of the territory that they gained in Kursk. They have lost over 50,000 troops, including many foreign mercenaries, 200 tanks and 100s NATO vehicles defending it.

The only ship that has been sunk is the Moskva, part of Russia’s Black Sea fleet. Please provide me with your evidence to show that Russia has lost "nearly their entire fleet".
