When you get your neck slashed, have an interview on Fox, and become a fucking legend for being unintentionally hilarious because the pain meds feel good af 🤣
Nope. Sorry. Flag on the play. You’re not gonna drag my beloved @Skyline_Chili through the mud.
1.) He ignores the “seat yourself” sign and orders at the register, they WILL assume you’re getting it to go.
2.) He wasn’t ignored, his order was taken promptly, and if I had to guess, his food was ready faster than it took Sam Hubbard to run a 100 yard TD (IYKYK)
3.) They don’t have time to greet you because they’re busy doing Gods work. If you want “greeted” go to Jeff Ruby’s.
4.) Skyline employees are used to everyone walking through the door being a Cincy native . If he would have just said “I’ve never been here before”, they probably would have paused all operations to celebrate with him in what is about to be a life changing experience.
5.) Not ONCE in my 38 years on this planet have I ever had a bad experience at Skyline.
6.) WATERED DOWN????? Sir that is called “Juicy” and that’s the only way to have it.
This man was always excited about Skyline Chili, he’s heard from co-workers how good it was and always wanted to. On his day he happened to be in the vicinity of one and decided to try it out. Immediately when he walked in, he wasn’t greeted at all, in fact they ignored him. The cashier that begrudgingly took his order seemed forced and was bothered by having to serve him. He felt like they made it a point make him feel unwelcome.
He ordered the food for dine in, waited a while for it and saw that they packed it in bags to go, further emphasizing how not welcome he was, determined to get the full experience, he sat and ate. He noticed his food was intentionally watered down and disgusting. He was very underwhelmed by this. He was still so upset about being treated so poorly, he left his food and left the restaurant. Would you have tipped them like he did, after they treated him so poorly?
