Sometimes, the employer knows what you’re capable of because they’ve seen it before and what you’re displaying at that time is not it! So, after multiple warnings, in order to try “everything”, the employer opts to re-train you to re-mind you to remember what you are capable of bringing to the table.

We’ve had a few folks go through PIPs and they appreciated the effort and attention and it resulted in the I in PIP!

Those who really don’t want to improve then resign because the tree has been shaken.

All this to showcase a different side to employment cos some folks just be outchea spreading toxic PR about employment instead of motivating people to think critically and be objective about the realities of employment.

Police are searching for suspects who allegedly drugged and robbed visitors staying at a Bantry Bay penthouse in Cape Town over the long weekend.

The victims reportedly met the women at Ayepyep Restaurant before being drugged. Clothes, cash and cellphones worth about R300,000 were stolen.

A case has been opened at Sea Point police station.
