Today i started the process of taking @opodo to court. They have refused to refund money for a cancelled holiday for over a year

BEWARE anyone thinking of booking through @opodo

Flights have been cancelled and we have ZERO WAY of contacting them to rectify the situation.

I would say the customer service is terrible, but i have not been able to get in contact with them for weeks!

WOW. Just had a conversation with customer service from @Groupon_UK who just point blank refused to answer any questions, then just cut off the conversation! And i am still down £60!

@Argos_Online Spent all day waiting in for a shed to be delivered. The final hour, no shed. Decided to contact customer support to discover that it had been put down as a "failed delivery" (nobody home). They must of missed the BBQ in the courtyard. Absolute shamble of a company

Had the worst possible experience with @Tapi_Carpets. Seriously people, avoid at all costs.
