Dear Airtel,
Since there's shortage of people that sell akara on Saturday morning, why don't you look into that business and leave this telecom business?
Best disregard,
An unsatisfied customer.
@myaccessbank@myaccessbank I'd really love if my complaints can be resolved as soon as possible. It's been 4 working days now that my money was deducted from ATM without receiving the funds. I don't believe it is supposed to take this long.

โ ๏ธ PUBLIC ALERT: JOBSEEKERS BEWARE OF โREMOTEAIDHRโ AND THEIR FRAUDULENT INTERVIEW SCHEME โ ๏ธ
We are issuing a strong public warning to the Nigerian jobseeking community regarding a dubious operation being run under the name โRemoteAidHR.โ
This so called HR consultancy has been reported to request shortlisted candidates to purchase a โguideโ after applying for a job, under the false pretense that the guide is necessary to prepare for the interview. Only after this payment is made are applicants asked to select a date and time for the supposed interview.
Let us be clear:
This is NOT professional recruitment practice. This is a manipulative scheme designed to extort money from jobseekers.
In legitimate recruitment processes, candidates are never asked to pay for any material, guide, or training before being interviewed. Any firm or recruiter that links interview scheduling to payment is operating unethically and should be treated as a red flag.
๐ซ THE TACTIC IS SIMPLE โ AND FRAUDULENT:
โ You apply for a job.
โ You are told you've been โshortlisted.โ
โ They strategically ask you to buy a โguideโ to help you perform in the role.
โ Only after purchasing this guide do they schedule your interview. (If only the job is legitimate)
This is a calculated trap, one that targets the hopes and vulnerability of hardworking Nigerians who are earnestly seeking employment.
โTHIS IS UNETHICAL AND EXPLOITATIVE
Jobseekers are already under immense pressure in Nigeriaโs tough economic climate. For any organization to exploit this reality by selling false hope and demanding money under the disguise of preparation material is not just unethical, it is predatory.
We condemn this in the strongest possible terms and urge all jobseekers to:
โ NEVER pay for any material as a condition to be interviewed.
โ QUESTION any process that asks for money before employment.
โ REPORT suspicious recruiters to relevant authorities or bring to our attention.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTSโ๏ธ
No credible employer or professional recruiter will ever ask for payment at any stage of recruitment. It is your right as a candidate to be assessed fairly, transparently, and without financial obligation.
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
โ Share this message widely on social media.
โ Warn your friends, family, and online communities.
โ Report โRemoteAidHRโ and any similar entities to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), and the Nigeria Police Force.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
We will not allow deceitful platforms to exploit the hopes of young Nigerians.

big tech PM reality check:
โข everyone says they want process, then ignores it the moment it exists
โข you'll write extensive docs nobody reads until the executive review
โข stakeholders stay silent in prep meetings & ambush you with questions when it matters
โข engineering respect comes from clarity & decisiveness, not technical knowledge
โข you're judged more by who likes you than by what you ship
โข moving metrics matters, but making people feel heard matters more
โข documentation exists to protect you when things go wrong, not to guide the process
โข the most valuable skill is navigating ambiguity while making others comfortable with it
โข real work happens in 1:1 conversations, not formal meetings
โข your job is filtering nonsense & channeling signal, not creating more documentation

Every Product Manager should know these AI prompts!
1. Generate product assumptions from core strategy inputs
2. Prioritize risky assumptions for rapid validation
3. Work backwards from a product assumption to identify an easy signal
grab them in the next tweet โ
You left engineering because you were tired of:
- PMs who don't understand system dependencies
- "Product people" who can't think in flows
- Leaders who demand random features
- Roadmaps built on hope
But what if product management was actually about systems?
"Thinking in Systems" blew my mind:
every PM who wants to build AI products should watch this video (2 hrs)
Aman shares the whole playbook for building AI products as a PM
I distilled my main notes, but you have to watch the whole video:
