@KiaInd My Kia Sonet (GJ01WR5596) was flooded on 23 July in Ahmedabad and was given to West Coast Kia, Sola, Science City, Ahmedabad for repairs.

It has now been over 1.5 months, and my car is still not repaired because critical engine parts are unavailable.

@KiaInd The service centre informed me that required parts were ordered around 20 days ago, but critical parts such as engine piston are still not delivered by Kia.

A customer should not have to wait weeks because Kia cannot supply its own genuine spare parts.
This delay is unacceptable
