LAS VEGAS. June 4, 2026. Update to October 7, 2025, post concerning the female left in the Las Vegas Metro Police vehicle. The Podcast was told that the lieutenant who failed to notify SCAC Capt. Abe Aguirre about the incident allegedly has been demoted. Word from Metro HQ is that the lieutenant is appealing his demotion. The probationary officer who left the female in the vehicle allegedly has been let go. More on this at a later date. -- In a separate unrelated incident scuttlebutt is that a LVMPD officer under internal investigation for detaining and handcuffing a man for no reason other than the officer didn't like the way the man was talking to him.
