Very misleading from @united They promote Economy Standard as if you can choose your seat and have upgrade options available, but that hasn’t been true at all especially for a claustrophobic flyer where seating matters a lot.

Now United and Lufthansa are just pointing fingers at each other, while I’m stuck unable to either select a seat or upgrade. Completely unacceptable customer experience.

23 pallets of perfume worth $890K were stolen from a carrier that passed all industry-standard vetting. Our investigation shows this criminal group has targeted multiple brokers, operating with impunity.

I initiated two ACH transfers. One went through and the second got flagged. I called customer support, went through the security questions, and was told it should be resolved within an hour.

I called again, went through the same security questions, and was told it was still under review.

I called a third time and was told the push notification in the app wasn’t working and that I should go to a branch.

I asked to speak with a manager and the representative hung up on me. Shortly after, my account was blocked.

I called a fourth time and asked for a supervisor, and the supervisor also hung up on me.

Is this really how loyal customers are treated?

@emirates @emirates @EmiratesSupport One of my worst experiences ever. Flying from Dubay to Male on New Years' holiday they damaged my luggage no help was provided by them whatsoever. Its been almost a year and the issue hasn't been resolved.
