I didn’t set goals for 2025.
But I told myself this:
Ireloluwa, You’re going to go hard on impact, knowledge and consistency.
Ireloluwa, You’re going to go all out.
And dare I say, I’m on the right path!

Hedonic adaptation.
Our brain is quick to return to a state of equilibrium after every win, no matter how big it is.
And that’s where contentment comes into place.
Chase more, but don’t lose yourself in the process.

Ignorance hiding under specialism!!
We think we know it all just because we’re good in a particular area.
Oh my opponent, you have been deceived.
There is too much for us to draw a straight line and stick to it.
We limit ourselves too much.
And it’s saddening, to say the very least.
For example, I loved science but I also loved art.
Why did I have to go down a stiff part, cutting off the things I like only to struggle to catch up later when I now have a voice?
I was having a conversation with someone today about how Physics and chemistry wasn’t my cup of tea.
But I loved biology. I also loved Economics. And English.
I had to drop most of these things because I was in “science class”
Access is a privilege, not a right. Proximity doesn’t guarantee it. You can be close to someone and still be locked out of their world.
So, treat access as a currency. Guard it jealously, because the wrong withdrawal can bankrupt your influence and space.
Most people try to convince with logic alone.
But you need to realize that buyers make decisions based on emotion first, logic second.
When people feel heard, they trust you more. And that trust is what gets them to say yes.
If your copy sounds like a real person wrote it, your audience will actually read it. And when they read it, they’ll feel connected. And when they feel connected?
They buy.
That’s the power of conversational copy.
Every great copy that has converted over the years has one thing in common…
It doesn’t sound like copy.
It sounds like a conversation. Like your best friend whispering in your ear, telling you exactly what you need to hear.
People don’t buy when they understand your offer.
They buy when they feel understood.
Make them see how your offer changes their life.
And watch what happens.
