Wasn't it her duty to call me and inform me that I should be aware that there will be a certain amount to pay for consultation. Telling me that polmed pays only for immunization. Honestly I am really not happy at all about this service. Totally disgusting.

This is a normal behavior from her. Because she mentioned it's not the first time Polmend medical holders don't want to pay.. Do they know? If I knew I would have set money aside or made different arrangements. If this is the store money or her extra kind of money.
