@BankofAmerica hands down has to be the worst bank ever.

Why do they keep telling me they’re sending a document and then when I call to inquire they’re telling me that they can’t send a document. They said 7-10 days. It’s been 26 days. I call and the rep says “oh we’re not allowed to do that” so wtf is there a statement notice on my account t documenting that you all do that. Clearly there is some misrepresentation taking place.
