Seriously @RogersHelps ?? I get routed to the wrong customer service line, only to be transferred --28 min on hold only for the line to be disconnected?

This is the 2nd day a transfer terminated in the call being disconnected by the system.

@samskillzdigita @goatedsyn My thing is, Daemon WAS much, much worse than Aemond at that age when he didn't have as many responsibilities either.
Daemon is my favourite character b/c he's always been canny and for the chaos he causes. I❤️🖤 even now b/c w more experience, he's playing the game much better.

6 hrs 45 min and actions STILL not being done when I was advised it would?

@RogersHelps it has been almost a month & 40hrs dealing with getting services set up, including Rogers reps missed callbacks AND seemingly giving erroneous information AND failing to perform actions.
I cant even go back into self-serve on the system. This is NOT good service.
