@theJeremyVine The cyclist came to the end of the cycle lane and was undertaking the stationary vehicles. He is reckless in not slowing down. He also doesn't appear to react to the car passing in front of him, so is he looking. This is a 50/50 Jeremy. I'm a cyclist and 1st to defend cyclists.
