@El_sovieticista Mi hermano en Cristo, porque dices esta mrda cuando tu foto de perfil está el jefe del primer estado que legalizó la homosexualidad?
Somos hermanos y hermanas trabajadores. Dejemos la ideologia borguesa reactionaria que está "homophobia" a la basura
@Atlasranalready@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan A business is not a democracy, the struggle of power is real between the workers and the owners, and it's violent. Complaining is easy but it's still necessary to raise up issues. Salaries can be changed, thanks to making the owners responsible for the workers all the way
@RoundsR@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan I believe that the majority of the added value should go to the workers, yes, not to investors that regained their investment years ago
Most shares are bought back by big companies to increase the price and their bonus and not at investment anymore
Every economists point that out
@RoundsR@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan What a snowflake, sorry you believe every CEO aren't inheritors and trust funds are retired people. It's factually wrong and telling that you don't want to address the fact that capital is more important than work to you.
@Atlasranalready@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan Sorry if we want people to be paid a fair wage. People can still aspire to be treated better, that's what unions are for. And the OP is toughening up to the reality that they need to fight back.
@RoundsR@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan Wait, Brian Niccol worked? No, he never was a barista, never a worker. The few that inherited a fortune should not buy and tell the majority of companies how to operate.
@RoundsR@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan The shareholder should not be getting money they haven't worked for and have input on the policies of the company.
$255 500 that won't go to the workers' pocket but to someone that just owns the place? Sounds that little actual work pays a lot!
@RoundsR@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan What gives an employee the right to be paid 358 times more than another one?
If the owners of a company are its shareholders, that could explain why so much of the money is going away and the quality of the working conditions. Receiving 20% of profits without any work is crazy
@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan The CEO is not running the company, he has staff, a board, CFO, COO... lots of people are working there. Baristas could run the whole shop in a fairer way. Also, the average barista shouldn't wait to be CEO to have a fair pay. The company can pay more but just refuses
@Atlasranalready@MillieOfferman@M_e_g_a_Megan Does it allow the barista to be paid less than minimum wage? Why not work for free as well, if the CEO is taking all the risk and we should allow he takes all the money?
