Knowledge/intelligence are a gamut. The white supremacists' IQ argument leans very heavily (not exclusively)into the area of explicit knowledge. Whereas tacit and implicit knowledge are downplayed. In other words, explicit knowledge is akin to reading a book. Tacit/implicit knowledge is the cognitive application of writing the book in the first place. Limiting Black Americans access to quality education though various restrictive financial means puts those who have been historically limited behind when having to navigate a standardized testing environment, which is based heavily on knowledge acquired through explicit means. Essentially its a psuedo-intellectual way of attempting to prove intellectual superiority by way of scientific mimicry.
