I had a really terrible experience ordering food from @boltapp last night.
I was unwell, so I opted for the "meet me at my door" option THAT IS AVAILABLE ON THEIR APP.
Rider calls me while at the gate and I tell him to bring the food to the door as requested on the order. 1/

He says the rider has returned the food to the store. Meanwhile, the rider lies to my friend that he has in fact delivered the food to me at my door. The app indicates delivered, but the customer care agent says the food has been returned to the store. 4/
