Delivery last night, driver just threw package on front step and ran off, left parcel on full view of road. No wonder so many get stolen!

@AmazonHelp Thanks for the reply, but it’s been happening every delivery for the past 4 or 5 months. We’ve had 3 parcels stolen so far which you have refunded. I’ve raised it with online chat within the app many times and get assured that action will be taken each time but nothing changes.
