Ye has officially responded to the "530" copyright lawsuit.
In his Answer, he broadly denies the allegations and raises multiple legal defenses, including:
• Denying that he committed copyright infringement.
• Rejecting the claim that "530" is an infringing work.
• Denying personal responsibility for the release of every version of "530."
• Denying that he caused the plaintiffs any damages.
• Arguing the plaintiffs waited too long to sue (laches/statute of limitations).
• Claiming any alleged use was authorized by an express or implied license.
• Challenging the plaintiffs' standing and the validity of their copyright registrations.
• Arguing they are not entitled to statutory damages or attorneys' fees because the copyrights were registered after the alleged infringement began.
At the same time, Ye does not dispute certain facts, such as "530" appearing on Vultures 2 and Donda 2, that Yeezy Record Label released it, that he's credited as producer/lyricist, and that the track continues to generate revenue.

@georgesimion Adică al Ciad-ului? Înțelegem supărarea din seara asta și graba, dar zicem să corectezi, până nu se prinde lumea că nu știi nici care e steagul României.
