@scottmelker@Shadda101@HMichaelDunham Great social lubricant at the right doses , getting the doseage right is the challenge. Often better to just tick that box and quit.
@kryptoedgeyt They own over 800k BTC , don’t agree Saylor takes an engineering approach not a typical tradfi operator. He may sell some as part of tuning the machine.
@PeterSchiff@phongle Wonder how fractional reserve banking compares, most don’t give a second thought to concern about a bank deposit and it earns little to nothing in interest.
@EoinLenihan You could set up an AI agent hub to resolve these issues in days. However a nuclear bomb will not break down the politics at the top tiers of dinosaur institutions HSE, NGOs , civil service, Energy etc
@SineadOS1 It’s a little catch 22 with the housing issue as doesn’t make it possible for people to stay as you mention. Why not collaborate with the other developed EU countries learn the expertise to address the issues.
@SineadOS1 Great analysis, I agree the perspective on our relatively recent development as a country is important to note. I believe part of the solution is with our younger generations there is so much talent unfortunately we are run by many boomers right now.
@JamesOConnorTD@MakingSenseInfo@albertdolan_@ryanomeara_td Not convinced guys it sounds a bit like more promising of career politicians. You will need to make change happen first to gain the trust of the people. The country needs some real leaders who will shake up the status quo. More impressed with likes of Ken O’Flynn.
@rorymcevoy@IrishRail On the Dublin Cork route last week same thing with a whole family from a particular section of the community. No way would I engage. We have a crap transport system anyway. Had to go via Dublin to get to Cork from Galway.
@robggill You keep forgetting who will do their work, deliver food, sustain your living. Can you connect the dots. Every academic here seems to believe their bubble is insulated.
