Still no gluten free birthday treats @CostaCoffee 😠😢 So disappointing in 2026. It would be nice if you could have a free coffee to make up for it - but apparently not. That seems so unfair.

@CostaCoffee You say 'range of Gluten Free Products'. I was told there were none! Certainly no 'sweet treats'. I've also had a reminder email today to 'not forget to pick up my birthday treat'..... rubbing salt in the wound.

@Morrisons Same product, 2 weeks on, & again the 'offer' price at the till wasn't honoured. Same comment from staff that 'sometimes the offers have finished & they haven't been updated on the shelves'. This is misrepresentation. This is happening on products every time I shop @Morrisons

@Lulu_R81 @Morrisons @Xyplex67 Which store is this? The Leamington Spa store also smells terribly of bad drains which is stomach churning and also consistently fails to match special offer prices on the shelves with that charged at the till. I like the store in many ways, but this isn't good.

@Barclays 2/2 needs or elderly. It would be great if you had a couple of ATMs with a stool to assist those who need it.

@Barclays Whoever designed the new ATMS within your branches has made them much less accessible. If you struggle to stand, there is nothing to hold to help balance, sticks need to be put on the floor, no shelf for papers to refer to, very hard for anyone with additional 1/2

Tucked away late at night in a double episode slot #whatitfeelslikeforagirl might have got overlooked but thankfully the trailers were punchy. What a great series! The characters really pulled you in. So well acted & you were left rooting for Byron.

@newlook Thank you for making extra wide shoes!! So nice to get a bit of a choice & not have to buy a size or more bigger than I need, usually unsuccessfully, to get something that doesn't cripple me. I'm only a size 10 but have flippers for feet! I wish more companies did this.

@vintedUK Why, yet again, are you allowing buyers to choose whatever shipping method they like when they are clearly disabled? It makes no sense. Why allow us to choose our shipping methods and then allow buyers to just ignore them???

@eonenergyuk Please can you stop sending automated emails to customers telling them they need to renew their tariffs when they already have done so. It's incredibly confusing and undermines the integrity of your company. I have had at least three since I renewed last month.
