Meditate - 20mins
Stretch - 15-20 mins
Workout - 60mins
Read - 30 mins
I wouldn't trade my mornings for anything.

I'm 8 months sober, the difference is phenomenal.
You truly start to see just how weak minded those are who consistently give into alcohol.
Push for longer, don't be a loser.

It's radically increased my output of work, and looking back I'm not sure I would be anywhere near where I am now if I didn't start doing this!
Following from that, if you want to have your own business but don't know what.
Find a profitable skill you can learn online and give it your all for 3-4 months.
Now your worth something to someone.
