UPDATE: Bend Police Chief Mike Krantz confirmed five dead, including the shooter, at Silver Rail Elementary. The children killed were 5, 8 and 11. A 7-year-old and a 54-year-old teacher are critical. The suspect was a 16-year-old Bend resident with a long gun.
