This week I received this lovely mezcal from @Theowanderer it’s really nice just the right amount of smokiness and complexity. The El Buho Mezcal brand, founded in 2010 by Brooklyn-based chef TJ Steele, has been exclusively produced by the Jimenez Mendez family, 5th-generation mezcaleros, in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal and varietals are now available in FL. I would recommend you hunt it down and try it out. Thank you @Theowanderer !!! I love the branding too. Very nice.
