@TD_Canada there is no use of contacting the online support team here as they are not interested to help you on any matter. All they do us give you customer care number and ask you to just call. I mean why would we message here when at the end we just need to call

I am trying to reschedule my PCC appointment from 27-aug to 6 aug as the new slots are available now .
But there is no option for rescheduling and BLS call centers are also not helping or cooperating .Pls help as we need this urgently.

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart : i purchased a tv from flipkart and also purchased extended warranty. Now the tv has backlight issue. Technician came and confirmed the issue. He said he will bring the parts and change it but still no one is helping and it has been more than 10 days
