@InPostUK I think you’re missing the point. It was due before Christmas, you had it before Christmas. You didn’t bother. Now it’s just typical it doesn’t turn up on the day you advise. You’re a joke of a service.
@verynetwork do you have humans that work for you? or just the sh1t in App bot. After my parcel was lost and you credited my account I can’t order another as you are out of stock. Your CS call handler didn’t give a shit. And the bot just wants me to call and sit on hold more 😡
@RoyalMailHelp It’s pointless responding to you with the inside leg measurement of the sender, I’ve just spent over half an hour on hold to be told for a 24hr delivery service you won’t declare the parcel lost for 10 days. Meanwhile the sender can’t do anything and I am out of pocket. Useless!
@RoyalMail can you tell me where my parcel is? Your 24 hour delivery service has turned into next week non-delivery service and the tracking has stalled for days. 🤷♂️🤦♂️ #royalfail
It’s a special day today @virginmedia it’s like an anniversary. 3 weeks today with a cut fibre cable and no service. 21 days, 504hrs, 30,204mins. Do you need another tweet in a week to remind you it’s still not done? @ofcom can you help?
@virginmedia Alternative dates 🤣🤣 good one 🤣🤣 they’ve told us by text they will be out between 8am & 1pm for the past three days 🤣🤣 guess what… still no fix. Day 18 since it was reported.
@virginmedia The new date was yesterday. Suffice to say the only engineer we saw was sorting a neighbours connection, who seemed to get same day service. 🤷♂️
@virginmedia They are perfectly answerable generic questions which you are trying to avoid answering publicly.
Why so many missed appointments?
Why no effort to fix when the hole was opened by swish and left open for you for two days?
Why such poor customer service?
No account access needed!
@virginmedia Whilst I understand you are giving a corporate response the initial wait was until the permit could be issued. Doesn’t explain missed appointments, not fixing whilst excavation was open, fixing neighbours within a couple of days 🤷♂️
@virginmedia No.. I don’t see why the customer should be expected to keep chasing your teams, we tried calling yesterday after a no show and were told they’d be there by 6pm, then received a message stating they would be coming today, meanwhile are the kids supposed to stay home waiting 4u?!
@virginmedia And the saga continues after a message to say you’d be out today between 8am and 1pm there is still no connection. #customerservice done wrong.
@virginmedia Well you were notified when the trench they dug was still open… how’s that for a head start? Where is the accountability? Why is there no communication until the customer chases you for poor service? You could state 6-8 weeks, a long wait but better than just not turning up.
@virginmedia Which I fully accept, however it comes down to communication. How about a phone call at the point you can’t get the permit? or better still not waiting to be called to promise it will then be happening by 6pm. It surely doesn’t take 12 days to get a permit to dig the pavement 🤷♂️
@virginmedia It is to repair a fibre optic cable in the road which was dug up by contractors 12 days ago and severed. She was told she would have to wait until today as a permit to dig the pavement was needed from highways. 12 days no TV/broadband for all of half term then two no shows.
@virginmedia No there has been no explanation. Customer service told her sorry they didn’t turn up by 1pm they will definitely be there by 6pm. It’s nearly the end of half term and they have been unable to leave the house all day based on failed promises of work being completed.
