For two decades, image-guided ablation has gotten better at one thing: delivering energy.
Sharper probes. Smarter generators. More precise imaging.
But the tissue that energy is delivered into has stayed the same — unpredictable, uneven, and often the reason a tumor comes back. Local recurrence after local therapy still exceeds 30% in many settings.
We think the next advance in ablation isn't a better energy source. It's the tissue itself.
That's the idea behind Ablation Therapeutics™ — a new category focused on modifying the tumor environment so that existing ablation technologies can perform more predictably. It's the field Theromics was built to define.
Our investigational lead program, HeatSYNC™, is an injectable nanopolymer gel designed to work within the procedures physicians already perform — no new generators, no new probes — with the goal of improving treatment margins and reducing recurrence.
Same procedure. A more predictable result.
That's the future we're building toward.

Over the past several weeks, the Theromics team has had the privilege of engaging with clinicians, innovators, investors, strategic partners, and patient advocates across the medtech ecosystem.
From MedTech MVP and the Wilson Sonsini Medical Device & Digital Health Conference to the Mayo Clinic Cardiology & Radiology Innovation Summit and the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center Survivor Day Butterfly Release, every conversation reinforced the importance of collaboration in advancing the future of cancer care.
We're grateful to the organizers and everyone who took the time to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and discuss new approaches to improving patient outcomes.
The future of local cancer therapy will be built together.

Theromics is looking forward to attending the @wilsonsonsini Medical Device & Digital Health Conference (#MDC2026) this week in San Francisco.
Representing Theromics will be our CEO, @AndrewCZeringue , who will be meeting with investors, strategic partners, clinicians, and industry leaders who share our vision for the future of ablation therapeutics.
At Theromics, we believe the next frontier in local tumor therapy is not simply new devices, but technologies designed to improve how energy is delivered, controlled, and understood within tissue. Our mission is to develop solutions that support more predictable treatment-zone control and ultimately help address the challenge of local recurrence following local therapy.
If you'll be attending MDC 2026, we welcome the opportunity to connect and discuss the future of interventional oncology, tumor ablation, and ablation therapeutics.

Recently, we introduced the people, science, and clinical vision behind Theromics.
As we enter this next phase as a company, I wanted to share where we are headed.
We believe the future of Interventional Oncology will require more than new ablation devices alone.
It will require technologies that improve how local therapy performs.
That belief led us to define a new category we call 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬.
At Theromics, our focus is on advancing technologies intended to improve energy delivery, treatment zone predictability, and confidence at the treatment margin during tumor ablation.
Moving forward, our priorities are clear:
• Advancing the science.
• Executing with discipline.
• Building strategic partnerships.
• Helping define the next chapter of local tumor therapy.
Thank you to everyone who has engaged with our story and continues to support our mission.

Theromics Inc. is pleased to welcome Andrew C. Zeringue as Chief Executive Officer.
Andrew brings nearly two decades of interventional oncology and thermal ablation leadership experience and a proven track record bringing emerging technologies from FDA clearance through early commercialization and scalable market adoption.
His appointment comes as Theromics prepares for an important stage of growth as we continue to advance our HeatSYNC™ gel platform, designed to enhance thermal energy transfer within soft tissue during ablation procedures, toward FDA approval.
Under Andrew’s leadership Theromics is poised to fulfill its mission to provide more predictable and effective energy delivery and improved treatment while addressing the challenge of local tumor recurrence following ablation procedures.

Local cancer therapy is only as strong as the clinicians who understand where it succeeds and where it falls short.
At Theromics, that clinical foundation starts with Damian Dupuy, MD, FACR, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Dupuy is an internationally recognized leader in image guided tumor ablation, with deep clinical experience across lung, liver, kidney, bone, and other solid tumor applications.
His career has been focused on advancing minimally invasive cancer therapy, improving ablation performance, and helping define the standards by which local tumor treatment is studied, delivered, and measured.
He has served as Professor of Diagnostic Imaging at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Director of Tumor Ablation at Rhode Island Hospital and Cape Cod Hospital.
His body of work includes hundreds of publications, major clinical research contributions, and leadership across interventional oncology, tumor ablation, and image guided cancer therapy.
For Theromics, that experience matters.
Because the challenge we are working to address is not theoretical.
It is a clinical reality seen at the treatment margin:
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 following local therapy.
Theromics was built from the intersection of clinical need and translational science. Dr. Dupuy’s clinical insight helped shape our focus on 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬: technologies designed to improve how energy is delivered, controlled, and understood during local tumor therapy.
We are proud to recognize Dr. Dupuy’s role in helping define the next chapter of interventional oncology.

What is 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐂™ 𝐆𝐞𝐥?
Think of tumor ablation like controlled energy delivery.
The physician places a probe, delivers energy, and creates a treatment zone designed to destroy targeted tissue.
But tissue is not always predictable...
Energy can spread unevenly...
Margins can be difficult to control...
Heat can be pulled away from the target area...
And incomplete margins are one of the key factors associated with local cancer recurrence following local therapy.
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐂™ 𝐆𝐞𝐥 is an investigational injectable energy amplifying nanogel being developed to help physicians better control how energy behaves during ablation.
The goal is simple:
Better energy control.
More predictable treatment zones.
Greater confidence at the margin.
At Theromics, we call this 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬: technologies designed to improve how local tumor therapy performs.

Great science drives great innovation.
At Theromics, that foundation begins with William K.C. Park, PhD, Co-Founder and CSO. Dr. Park is the inventor behind HeatSYNC™ Gel and has dedicated his career to advancing imaging, energy delivery, and thermal ablation science.
His work is helping shape the future of ablation therapeutics and our mission to improve local therapy outcomes.
