@ao Wow.... They have now cancelled 4th appointment and told him to call in own gas engineer to get it fixed.

@ao No one turned up. He is now awaiting a 4th appointment on 2nd January and still has no functioning oven. Not a way for anyone to spend Christmas, very disappointing.

My brother had a faulty oven installed by AO on 8th November. Now a month later and 2 further failed repair attempts he still has no functioning oven. The lack of communication and support to resolve the problem is now significantly affecting his mental health, help!

@ao @johnrobertsAO Pleased he's having fun. Sadly my brothers Christmas ruined as the oven he had fitted on 8th November still not working. 3rd follow appointment today no one turned up. 4th booked for 2nd January!
