@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb we spent $3,000 on a 4 night stay in OC Maryland. Only stayed 2 nights and left at 11pm on the third night due to a cockroach infestation. We made the host aware Saturday morning and his reply was that he could come and spray the inside of the apartment. Completely unacceptable. We requested a refund and was denied by the host. Airbnb thought $378 was a proper refund and “were proud to offer that”. Also unacceptable. At the very least we are owed 1/2 of the total amount. $1500. Our yearly family vacation was cut short due to the gross conditions of our Airbnb.

@ira_herve It’s a gel, obviously. They all come in that sort of packaging. It’s just a rather large one, but given the amount of carbs they consume I’m not surprised that they use much larger gels than the normal consumer packaging.
