Probably do a few of these just because I think Nick Sirianni is an exceptional leader and coach and he more than anyone else on earth sits at the intersection of my two favorite topics:
Leadership and the Philadelphia Eagles.
I wrote a book called "When They Win, You Win" in which we studied the quantitative relationship between specific leadership behaviors and team outcomes & engagement.
I watched Nick Sirianni very closely this year through the lens of these behaviors. 👇👇

Most companies think training is the answer. It isn't.
Working with the “Big 3”
First comes direction. This means clearly communicating expectations and priorities. It requires defining a long-term purpose and vision as well as short-term goals and sharing these openly with your employees.
