FINAL #NFL GAME AT "THE MET"
The #Vikings play their final game at Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington — a 10-6 loss to the Chiefs.
"The Met" was the team's home from 1961 to 1981 — they would move indoors to the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis in 1982.
The video includes the first moments of the NBC telecast of the game, followed by an NFL Films retrospective of The Met, its magical moments, and the great Vikings who called it their home over the years. #Skol

Kris Kristofferson’s songs were pure poetry, rooted in the sanctity of everyday life. His contributions to Ken Burns’s Country Music added depth and authenticity to the story of that tradition.
He will be greatly missed.
Using The Beatles' "Tomorrow Never Knows" in Mad Men cost around $250,000 due to the band's strict licensing terms. The show paid an extreme premium for the track to capture the era's cultural essence and enhance the scene’s impact, reflecting its commitment to authenticity.
