The hardest lesson I’ve learned this year is that you can never force someone to communicate, to stay, or to work things out. You can’t beg someone to recognize your worth or convince them that you’re worth fighting for and walk away with your dignity intact. I stand by that now.
since we don't talk the way we used to anymore, i don't really know what your days look like or what you're going through.
but somehow, i keep telling myself that maybe this distance is something we both needed.
maybe it's a quiet kind of blessing. even so, i'll always wish you nothing but the best. you're still in my prayers, always.
i'll love you from afar, quietly, without expecting anything in return. please take care of yourself. even from a distance, i'll be here, supporting you in silence.
i miss you more than words can explain every single day. but if you're happy, truly happy, then that will: always mean more to me than anything else. what we had will forever stay with
"me, like something precious i'll never let go of. i love you... always.
Functional depression is real.
You work, joke around, take care of people around you. But mentally you are drowning in your own thoughts and nobody knows it.
Some people don't care about fixing the damage they caused. They care about looking innocent, protecting their image, avoiding blame, and never being held responsible. Once you see that, many confusing conversations make sense.
