Ground reality of NEET students receiving FIRs 🚨

Elder sister of a NEET student who received an FIR said -

"Two days back, we received an FIR copy against my younger sister, who had just gone to the NEET protest. The police asked for her details. We showed them that she had appeared for NEET this year and was genuinely angry over the government's decision to conduct re NEET. They didn't ask any unnecessary questions or create any drama. They simply said, 'Okay, sorry for the trouble. We are taking the FIR back. The entire process took around 4-5 hours. Yesterday, they called us and informed us that FIR had been withdrawn. They also advised us not to attend such protests where so many goons are roaming around and told us to always keep the safety of girls in mind."

As I said, if you are a genuine NEET student, you don't have to worry about anything. If you are a goon or an influencer who went there just for 2 mins of fame, you are the one in danger.

நாசக்காரன் மோடி கொண்டு வந்துள்ள FCRA சட்டத்தை உடனே திரும்பப் பெற வேண்டும். வெளிநாட்டில் இருந்து நிதி உதவி பெற்றுத்தான் இந்தப் பகுதியில் ஏராளமான கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள், மருத்துவமனைகள், சமூக நலக் கூடங்கள், முதியோர் இல்லங்கள், அனாதை இல்லங்கள் செயல்படுகின்றன. வெளிநாட்டு நிதி வரவில்லை என்றால் பாதிக்கப்படுவது பொதுமக்கள்தான். எனவே இந்த சட்டத்தை உடனடியாக ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும், இல்லையென்றால் கடும் விளைவுகளை சந்திக்க நேரிடும்:. பாதிரியார்கள் தலைமையிலான குழு வள்ளியூரில் நேற்று போராட்டம்.

ஐயா பாதிரியார்களே, போராட்டம் நடத்துவதற்கு முன்பு சட்டத்தை ஒருமுறை முழுசாக படித்துப் பாருங்கள். FCRA சட்டத்தில் "வெளிநாட்டிலிருந்து நிதி வாங்கக்கூடாது" என்று ஒரு வரி கூட இல்லை. எத்தனை கோடி வேண்டுமானாலும் வாங்கலாம், எந்த நாட்டிலிருந்தும் வாங்கலாம். ஆனால் முன்பு போல நேரடியாக உங்கள் விருப்பமான வங்கி கணக்கில் வாங்க முடியாது. அதற்காக மத்திய அரசு ஸ்டேட் பாங்க் ஆப் இந்தியாவில் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட கணக்கு முறையை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. அந்தக் கணக்கில் போட சொல்ல வேண்டும் அங்கு பணம் வந்த பிறகுதான் உங்கள் கணக்குக்கு மாற்றப்படும். அவ்வளவுதான் வித்தியாசம்.

அதே நேரத்தில், வெளிநாட்டில் இருந்து வந்த நிதி எந்த நோக்கத்திற்காக பெறப்பட்டதோ, அந்த நோக்கத்திற்கே பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதற்கும் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் இருக்கின்றன. நிர்வாகச் செலவுக்கு 10% மட்டும் தான் செலவு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று ஒரு வரம்பு இருக்கிறது.

முன்பு வாங்கிக் கொண்டு வரும் பணத்தில் "இறக்குமதி கார் வாங்கினோம், பங்களா கட்டினோம்" இன்று நீங்கள் தான் சுகபோகமாக வாழ்கிறீர்கள்; ஆனால் வெளிநாட்டு நிதி உண்மையில் பயனாளிகளுக்கே செல்கிறதா என்பதற்கு கணக்கு கேட்கும் முறை உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

இல்லையென்றால், பெயருக்கு ஒரு பள்ளிக்கூடத்தில் இரண்டு கழிவறை கட்டிக் கொடுத்தோம், ஒரு அனாதை இல்லத்திற்கு அடுப்பு வாங்கிக் கொடுத்தோம், மருத்துவமனைக்கு இரண்டு பாக்கெட் பிஸ்கட் வாங்கிக் கொடுத்தோம், ஒரு திருமண மண்டபத்திற்கு வாழைத்தார் வாங்கிக் கொடுத்தோம் என்று புகைப்படம் எடுத்து, மீதமுள்ள பணம் எங்கே போனது என்று யாரும் கேட்கக்கூடாதா?

வெளிநாடுகளில் "இந்தியாவில் ஏழை மக்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள், அனாதைகள் இருக்கிறார்கள், குழந்தைகளுக்கு கல்வி இல்லை, மருத்துவ வசதி இல்லை, எங்கள் நாட்டில் உள்ள அரசாங்கங்கள் மக்களை கவனிப்பதில்லை, இன்று சொந்த நாட்டை வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு சென்று கேவலப்படுத்தி கொச்சைப்படுத்தி பிச்சைக்காரர்கள் போல் ஆக்கி பணம் வாங்கிக் கொண்டு வருகிறீர்கள்" , அந்தப் பணத்தின் பெரும்பகுதி அந்த மக்களுக்கே சென்றடைய வேண்டும் என்பதுதான் இயல்பான எதிர்பார்ப்பு.

சொந்த நாட்டையும் மக்களையும் கேவலப்படுத்தி வெளிநாட்டில் பிச்சை எடுத்து இந்த நாட்டிற்கு பணம் கொண்டு வந்து கடைசியில் அதில் 90 சதவீதத்தை நீங்களே சுகபோகமாக செலவு செய்கிறீர்கள் அது முடியாது யாரை கொச்சைப்படுத்தினீர்களோ அல்லது யாருக்காக கொண்டு வருகிறேன் என்று சொன்னீர்களோ அந்த மக்களுக்கு பயன்படுத்துங்கள் 10 சதவீதம் வேண்டுமானால் நீங்கள் ஜாலியாக செலவு செய்யுங்கள் என்று இந்தச் சட்டத்தில் இந்த சட்டத்தில் கணக்கு கேட்கும் நடைமுறை இருக்கிறது.

அப்படியிருக்க, வெளிநாட்டு நிதி வாங்குவதற்கு தடை இல்லை, ஆனால் அந்த நிதிக்கு கணக்கு காட்ட வேண்டும் என்பதால்தான் இந்த அளவுக்கு கோபமா? கணக்கு கேட்டாலே கசக்கிறதா? மக்களுக்காக வந்த பணம் மக்களுக்கே போக வேண்டும் என்பதில் என்ன தவறு? நாட்டுப்பற்று என்பது கோஷம் போடுவதில் இல்லை; நாட்டின் பெயரில் வரும் ஒவ்வொரு ரூபாயும் உண்மையில் மக்களுக்கே சென்றடைவதை உறுதி செய்வதில்தான் இருக்கிறது.
