@santanderukhelp hi, trying to log in to online banking with correct details but unable to do so successfully. Would like to speak through the live chat function but need to be logged in. Very frustrating, please help.

@santanderukhelp Okay, looks like I'll have to wait then. I hope in future you have implement a more convenient ways to re-set log in details. This has been very inconvenient. We're approaching 2020 and resetting online log-in details by post doesn't make sense to me. Appreciate your help tho

@santanderukhelp I have done this previously, 2-3 weeks ago but this resulted in my login details being posted to me and once received it turns out the post is split across different letters, of which I'm yet to receive the second. I'm surprised I can't just re-create new login details on site?

@santanderukhelp Personal banking. I've tried to access it on the phone app as well but also unable to log in there either as there must be a security protocol blocking this as well (which is understandable)

@santanderukhelp I enter my personal ID, confirm, then I answer a security question, either birthplace, 1st school or 2ndary school (only one each time), then enter my passcode and registrtn number. When I continue it loops back and claims I have not entered the right details.
