Added direct, hotline support to @MoveFrequently
You can drop me a Whatsapp message from any of the exercises in case you have questions, need an adaptation, or whatnot!
Nuts? Maybe, but what is better than going to the source when wanting a problem solved? 🤷

@samm_duc@MoveFrequently Thank you Samuel! you are right! GIF provide instant understanding of the basic mechanics of the exercise, and let you hit the ground running.
I added GIFs to existing exercises in @MoveFrequently, and will include more exercises on a regular basis.
I would also love to show different people exercising, so if you feel like being represented. contact me, or reply to this post! 🙌

I'm trying to find a mountable rails blogging engine supporting rails 8, and can't find one.
Previous big open source CMS's like ComfortableMexicanSofa or Refinary, appear as dead. I wonder where did the rails community go.
The solution might seem obvious: build your own, but that's a poor argument if you want people to stick to a community. Writing yet another rails blog engine (or doing maintenance on one) doesn't sound good enough when there are alternatives in other stacks you can resort to.
As requested, we are increasingly adding GIF recordings to the exercises! 🎥
Want to be represented? Get in touch, and I will send you some exercises so you can record yourself and be featured on @movefrequently!
@MoveFrequently is getting traction, and you folks are providing great feedback. To start, you were missing two things:
️ A way to know how long were you exercising.
🎥 A visual aid to understand how to do the exercise without needing to read all of it.
Roger that! 👇
@MoveFrequently Then, to ease understanding, I'm slowly adding GIFs to the exercises. These are recordings of friends, but I'd like to include different people and body types, to provide users with useful adaptations that fit their needs and conditions 🙌🏼
