I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus, trusting Samsung India as a premium and reliable brand.
Within usage, my device developed the well-known green line issue on the display.

Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response or acknowledgment from your end.
Complete silence across both DM and email after collecting documents reflects extremely poor customer support.

How many times should a customer pay for the same defect?
Replacing a defective part once and letting the same issue reappear again cannot be called โsupportโ, it is a temporary tear wipe, not a permanent solution

This issue affects 1000s of users in India, yet there is:No permanent fix, recall,or extended responsibility.
Middle-class and working professionals cannot afford samsung brand to keep on spending repeated replacements for a defect they did not cause.
A phone priced around โน70,000 is expected to last many years, not fail repeatedly just outside warranty periods.
When customers approach service centers or customer care, the only response heard is, โWarranty over. Pay and replace.
Let this be very clear:This is NOT accidental damage, it is NOT misused, it is NOT wear and tear.
This is a repeat occurrence of the same defect, which strongly indicates: manufacturing flaw Or a software-induced display defectOr knowingly supplied panels with limited lifespan.
Initially, I raised the issue on social media, Samsung acknowledged it.The display was replaced through the official service process
I believed the issue was resolved.
Now, after just ONE YEAR, the same green line has appeared again on the replaced display.
