@surya_ardeshir @vajrayudha11 Mahaveer did faced hardships but during early part of his journey. But he has traversed Purulia, Bankura, Birbhum, Paschim Bardhaman districts, even Sainthiya. @atlas47 You can find them largely in Purulia, Bankura, Murshidabad, Burdwan, & some in Kolkata, Howrah as well. Burdwan was named after Jain's 24th Tirthankar Mahaveer whose another name was Vardhaman.
