You can effectively place people in one of the four quadrants:

Invest heavily behind the Q1s, hire more of the Q2s, spend time with the Q3s, and avoid Q4s.

@timesofindia I bought your English newspaper today from Chennai and it has some words like “Ab ki Baar” that I don’t understand. Why would use another language on Chennai’s edition? You can always use Tamil if you want to add a flavour.
