@Willyjakblak@JeremyDBoreing@MKnowlesShow Correct. The difference is that the choice to have Amazon, for example, is not explicitly political. Whereas having the Dailywire is something only a subsection of people within a specific political leaning are going to do. So the difference in reach will be dramatic.
@Funk_fu749@ashleybits I play a bunch of tcgs lol. I probably play magic the least these days. FaB, SWU, even upcoming games like Riftbound have thriving communities and events. You’re delusional, bro.
@fatwhitedude1@Not_Firestine@joeywreck I think it does matter to clear the fact that it was not in fact a punch. I still agree that it seemed a bit unnecessary considering he wasn’t actively fighting them at the time. Either way the different between a punch and an open hand shove is notable.
@KozmicPlays Games don’t die over night. No one is saying the game is already buried. They’re saying this is a beginning to and end because they’ve seen games with massive potential get stomped out by their own creators too many times. Devs are making bad choices real early and people are mad
@playriftbound@davetron sure would be nice to have a human try to explain the rational behind such a painfully tone deaf decision such as shutting down Pixleborn, rather than a faceless legal notice. Your community is rightfully upset, and your game will suffer.
@Savjz Yeah this is super hype killing for me. There just isn’t a good reason to play the game anymore. If I can’t enjoy the game during the week, when I can’t make it to the LGS, I just don’t see the investment value in buying the cards. I might as well just pour more into FaB.
@playriftbound Huuuuge L by forcing Pixleborn to shutdown. Like actually straight up such a bad decision. Hard to explain how bad this is for the game. Rip.
@MattMorseTV That would be the case if tipping wasn’t an expectation. I’ve worked in service and have many many friends who still do. No one feels incentivized to do better based on getting a tip.
They expect a tip, and if they don’t get one they just blame the customer, not themselves.
